Sugar is bad for your teeth: I think we can all agree from a young age our dentist has told us too many sweets will cause cavities. Sugar causes tooth decay. It literally eats your teeth.Sugar is empty calories: Empty calories? Like what’s that mean. Well it means that the energy you get from eating sugar isn't real.  Sugar attacks your liver; your poor liver, hasn't it been through enough. If your sugar intake exceeds what the body needs the poor liver ends up working twice as hard to process it.  Sugar leads to Diabetes:  The diabetes sugar connection is not all that complex, type one diabetes is totally just genetics, and type 2 diabetes is a combination of genetics and lifestyle. Sugar can cause cancer: Again as I mentioned before, it takes just a tiny bit of research to see the connection between cancer and sugar, if you check out beat cancer dot org you will see that cancer loves sugar, it’s like it’s BFF. Cancer cells eat sugar 10-12 times the rate normal cells eat it.Sugar is highly addictive I don’t need any fancy statistics to illustrate this. Sugar causes obesity In a recent study published in the Harvard Journal of Medicine specifically states that there is a direct link between the consumption of sugar and weight gain.  Sugar intake harms the heart You heart is amazing, and it takes a beating on the daily, wanna know what kills it quicker than anything? Drops your energy level I think everyone has dealt with the 3 pm crash.
