Along with overseeing the Culture & Engagement department at one of FORBES’ Best Small Companies, Allegiant Travel Company, Jess is the Leader for the women’s empowerment group Sisters C.A.C.H.E. (Creating Authentic Connection through Honest Engagement) in Las Vegas, where she lives.
