Tim Johannes, a former hockey player turned coach, took his winning strategies from the hockey rink to the boardroom where he’s coached business professionals to build multiple thriving ventures.  He has pioneered new ideas into products that support and improve healthcare, lifestyles and the environment. Starting with from fuel additives  and gaskets, his company now develops technology used in his S2 and Sensuss Glove products that measure G-force to prevent Second Impact Syndrome (SIS) in athletes, and injury in people with sever autism disorders.

Brad Holsten and his wife are owners of a successful burger joint in Montana. He, as a former college and semi-pro football player and offensive line coach, and his wife as a college volleyball player feel their playing and coaching gave them the determination, and competitve drive to be the best burger in the West! From College Athlete to CEO, Tony Knopp brings more than a decade of experience in the internet, sports, and entertainment industries to SpotlightTMS.  A former star on the USC's mens team, he has worked all sides of the ticketing and technology landscape including B2B and B2C e-commerce. He will discuss how the training, discipline, focus and teamwork he developed on the court has served him to lead his corporate team at Spotlight TMS.
