Domestic  Violence and the "Cellular Effect",  has increased ways of abusing potential victims through texting, surfing another's phone seeking information.  The cell phone has and will cause argument, misunderstandings and abuse due to others sending and receiving text messsages.  We are going to share with the author Ms. Leticia Ross of "The Cellular Effect" and her journey through generational domestic violence and abuse.
