Gratitude is powerful. With all of the negative things that many individuals are experiencing and enduring such can weigh heavy on one's mind as well as affect how one may view the world as well as themself. Having an attitude of gratitude means making a conscious habit to express thankfulness and appreciation for every part of your life. Having an attitude of gratitude also mean one can operate from a place of abundance rather than scarcity. When one develop such an attitude for gratitude one will feel happier and have a more positive outlook on life.
