Being in a relationship with another can be challenging. As a therapist I have found that trust and communication play a very vital role for the relationship to be healthy and enduring. It seems today that individuals are taking dating, marriage and their role in a relationship to another level. Today's show will address open relationships. Such relationship falls under the larger category of consensually non-monogamous relationships. In such relationship one or both partners can pursue sex, and sometimes emotional attachments with other people. Could this possibly hurt the relationship? What happens to the commitment to the relationship? Could such relationship lead to marriage? Where is the trust? What are the rules?
