"You Cannot Afford to Die Without Christ." Part II.
Charles H. Spurgeon said it well when he said: " You may think you can live without Christ, but you cannot afford to die without Him!"
Continuing from last week's message, it's important to recognize why we are celebrating Christmas. Christmas is not only about the birth of Christ, but it's also about His Death and Resurrection! He died only to prove that He has the power over death, as He rose from the dead after three days! In John 1:9 we read that "He was the true Light, which lighted every man that cometh into the world." But, Sadly, not everyone believes that, or accept Him as their Lord and Savior.
Colossians 2:9 states: " For in Him [the Lord Jesus] dwelleth all the FULLNESS of the Godhead bodily."
In last week's message, I covered only the first 3 steps to salvation, today, I will cover the power which makes this extraordinary phenomenon possible!
