Dana Michelle Woods is a native of Baltimore Maryland. She gave her life to Christ and was baptized in the Holy Spirit at the age of 15. She was educated at the University of Baltimore and specialized in Accounting. Dana worked in Corporate America for over 18+ years in a variety of fields, not-for profit, biotechnology, hospitality, and healthcare. She is pursuing a Master of Divinity with a specialty in Theology at Liberty University. In 2001, Dana joined Set the Captives Free Outreach Center (STCF), founded by Dr. Karen Bethea and located in Windsor Mill, Maryland. In 2003, at a leadership conference in Dallas, Texas, Dana finally surrendered to God and gave him a blanket YES. While God was healing and delivering Dana, she served in a variety of areas at STCF, sound engineer, voice-over, children’s church teacher, and deaconess. She was the Director of Virtuous Steps Teen Girls Mentorship program. She became a Minister in 2009 and teaches mid-week bible study. Dana has co-authored two books, Becoming your own Best Friend and Refining Fire Coming Out Gold. She is the author of Out of the Box I Go....... Regaining my Power!”. Her life’s motto she stands upon is from Proverb 18:16, “A man’s gift will make room for him and bring him before great men.”
