New Faces of Diversity

When I say Diversity at work, what comes to mind? Do you instantly think about race? Well on our episode today, we are going to “talk outside of the box” about the New Faces of Diversity. Many people are comfortable being with their “own”. First let me define “own”, same profession, team, department, and organization. Nonetheless, when we lack the effort to collaborate outside our comfort zone, we miss opportunities to “exchange information” and block innovation.
