GLOBAL COVID-19 PANDEMIC LATTER PRAYER 2020 - DAY 1

In this 5th Season, we are raising up prayers over 30 days from 3rd of November - 2nd of December 2020, as in the earlier month of March 2020, to seek God's intervention as the second wave of Coronavirus hits our nations.

The numbers of new cases and deaths are rising and beginning to reach alarming rate as in the earlier months.

There has been many claims to vaccines being underway but no particular assurance of an expected delivery time in the nearest future.

Many countries have had their economies forced into recession and many families are being by unemployment, poverty, homelessness, hunger amidst the high risk of contacting the virus. Already vulnerable and disadvantaged groups within countries are most affected as the inequality gaps widens with the COVID-19 situations. In some countries, Governments do not have clear approaches, mechanisms and tools to aid adequate COVID-19 response and recovery while in some other countries, Governments just does not have the means to financially sustain programmes for COVID-19 intervention.
