RICHARD LEVINE has been a management consultant and partner with two “Big 4” accounting/consulting firms, an executive director of a major law firm, and the COO of the M&A Group for an international investment bank.

During his consulting career, he assisted companies of all sizes in the areas of strategy development, cost containment, organizational structure, financial operations, and mergers/acquisitions.
Mr. Levine has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University and an MBA from the Sloan School of Management at MIT.
