A Wing and a Prayer

We send our children out into this world on a wing and a prayer. Sometimes it takes a tragedy, like the 8 year old Brooklyn boy, Leiby Kletzky, for us to delve deeper into the mind of our children, how we see our neighbors and into prayer. Independence is something our children crave and must earn in small stints. We are constantly balancing the parenting tightrope and today we'll explore, grieve and ascend.
