Russo's on the Bay is a well-known caterting facility in Howard Beach, NY.  The Russ family has generations of restaurants and other food facilitues for several years.  With three restaurants located in Queens County in New York City, one is Russo's On The Bay, a catering hall.  To cater to those wanting to dine, they opened Vetro just a few blocks away on Cross Bay Blvd.   Frank Russo, Jr.  is in charge.  The catering hall has taken to providing food delivery of half trays of their fabulous Italian cuisine.  In addition they are still providiing meals for mamy of the Senio centers, where you can stop by and pick up your lunch for a small donation.
