Restaurants located in a hotel, especially a chain hotlel have a reputation for having so-so food. Bistro Z is not one of them. This restaurant, headed by Execuitive Chef Craig Leonrard, has brought fine dining into the Double Tree by Hilton in Tarrytown, New York. Much of the cooking kudos goes to Sous Chef, Ariel.
