The Mystery of the Tattoo

I have been wanting to do a show on tattoo's for a long time and recently I met a lady at the pool in the retirement community where I live who has been doing enrichment lectures on cruise ships for the last 10 years and her subject?  Tattoo's!!   She is Dr. Frances Heussenstamm, Ph.D.  She is a retired Associate Professor of Art and Education from Columbia University.  She says she is a spiritual artist, and she has expressed what she calls her spiritual journey in a series of 22 canvasses which are displayed in a circle.  You can view these beautiful canvasses at her web site www.paintology.org.     She will share with us some history and other interesting facts about tattoo's.  So, if you already have a tattoo or you are thinking about getting a tattoo, this show is for you!
