Michael Jacobson is President of the Insurance and Financial Consulting firm of M. Jacobson & Associates in Boca Raton, Florida. His over 27 years of experience in the fields of Accounting, Banking and Financial Consulting includes working primarily with Physicians, Surgeons and Business Executives. Mr. Jacobson earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst - Isenberg School of Management in 1983. He then spent 9 years as a loan officer with two of the largest banks in the country lending money to physicians for working capital, equipment and real estate purchases. In 1992 he identified a growing concern among young physicians that were transitioning from residency programs into business practice. He advised them on setting up their practices as well as introducing them to other professionals who became key to their success.M.
