Coach Linda welcomes her guest, Dale Fletcher.  Dale is a graduate of the US Military Academy at West Point and retired Army officer.  During his Army career, Dale served as 1st Director of the Master Fitness Trainer Course, wherein he received a M. S. in Phys Ed w/an Adult Wellness emphasis from Indiana University. He also trained at the Cooper Fitness Institute in Dallas, TX & achieved Fitness Instructor Certification from the ACSM.  After retiring from the Army in ‘93, Dale entered the corporate wellness arena spending eight years as a Health Educator & Wellness Coordinator at Pinnacle Health Care System in Harrisburg, PA delivering programs to local corporations, their 5,000 employees & the public. In 2001, he helped launch a world-class, state-of-the-art, 34,000 SF fitness center for Doylestown Hospital in Warrington, PA.  In 2002, Dale relocated to Charlotte, NC & became the Health & Wellness Director for the 15,000-member Harris YMCA.  In 2005 he founded his own ministry, Faith and Health Connection, to teach & inspire people to apply biblical truths to live a healthier and more abundant life. The ministry’s website has over 540 pages of content-rich material, serving over 70,000 visitors a month.  The ministry also trains & equips Faith & Health Ambassadors to lead the PathWay 2 Wholeness Bible Study at local churches. He is also VP of Christian Coach Institute where they educate, equip and encourage Christian coaches around the world.  Dale is a follower of Jesus Christ, having worshipped in many church setting over the years.  Dale & his wife Janice, reside south of Charlotte. He’s a proud dad of four young adults, loves the outdoors, & enjoys running & working out to stay in shape & manage stress.
