HOST: Linda Stephens-Jones is an ICF-certified life coach.  She has served clients in 20 states & two other countries. Her specialty is helping women to overcome fears & navigate through major life changes i.e. loss, divorce, career matters, elder care, or self doubt.  Her clients begin living with more clarity, confidence & contentment.         GUEST BIO: Rev. Cozy Bailey is the President of the Prince William Co. branch of the NAACP.  He is an associate minister, Sunday School teacher & active in the Spiritual Cancer Support, & member care ministries at First Mt Zion Bapt Church, in Dumfries, VA. A native of St. Louis, MO, Cozy graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy & was commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps where he served in a range of venues to include Opn Desert Storm in 1990-1991.  His military citations include the Navy Commendation Medal, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, & the Legion of Merit.  During his service, Cozy earned an MBA from Boston Univ.  As a LtCol, he retired with over 23 years of service. Next Cozy joined EDS, a prominent IT services company where he was the key person responsible for signing the largest IT outsourcing contract in the history of the business, the $6.9B Navy-Marine Corps Intranet contract.  In 2005, 2006 & 2007, he was named one of the country's Top 100 Black Engineers!  He is now a Sr Mgr at the MITRE Corporation, a systems engineering firm providing consulting to the U.S. Govt. Cozy attended seminary at Virginia Union, graduating Cum Laude in May 2010 with a Master of Divinity degree.  Cozy is active in the Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Assn, National Black MBA Assn, Sigma Pi Phi & Omega Psi Phi fraternities. Cozy & his wife Andrea, have been married for 40 years with one son, Cozy Jr., also a graduate of the Naval Academy.
