Rep. Provost on Throttling Emotional Plebiscites

MA Rep. Denise Provost joins us to talk about her effort to bring some sanity to ballot initiatives to amend the commonwealth constitution. She'll talk about the good and bad of the process, and particularly her bill H1830 that would require a lot more signatures to get issues before the voters. That covers both repealing laws as well as changing the constitution. This is an area close to our minds and hearts.
