Dorcena in At-Large Council Hunt

William Dorcena, head of a Boston marketing firm, is pitching himself by running for an at-large City Council seat. He's an MBA who co-founded the Boston Haitian Reporter newspaper and directed outreach for the 2004 Dem convention in town. He joins us to discuss what he'll bring and how he'll campaign.
