Barbara Phillips is an experienced consultant and speaker with a broad business background obtained from sales, financial, marketing and human resources experience. As Principal and Founder of Phillips Associates, she is involved with a variety of client companies on the design and implementation of leadership capability as well as executive coaching, team building, communication and quality service. She also assists companies in implementing programs that support bottom line results. In addition she provides training, consulting and facilitation to diverse work groups and teams. She is frequently called upon for presentations and speeches to a variety of professional groups. Her background as an entrepreneur, trainer, and human resources executive has resulted in a strong business partner who combines a pragmatic approach with strong creative and innovative abilities. Her achievements include an array of business and program start-ups, innovative coaching and leadership development programs, as well as a strong emphasis on training, facilitation and coaching. Barbara holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s Degree from Skidmore College. She is an active member of the American Management Association, Human Resources Planning Society, Society for Human Resource Management (S.H.R.M.), American Society for Training and Development (A.S.T.D) and the National Association of Female Executives (NAFE).
