A Horrible Thing Has Happened in the Land - A case study in Jeremiah

We look at what God declared in judgment upon apostate Israel in the days prior to the 586 BC Babylonian destruction of the land, and see that this declaration is for us right now, today.  Globally, the human race has left the good things of a caring God, and turned to devils and the worship of evil beings disguised as humans.  Judgment is not delayed any longer.  In the fifth chapter of Jeremiah the prophet, we find striking simularities in the apostacy of those days with the falling away from God in our day.
