When a group of people are oppressed two things take place.The first are people accept their lot and make the best of it.The second is they fight to change it and destroy what is oppressing them.In the Black American experience the situation is neither accepted of destroyed.A permanent quagmire exist between the those who rule and those who dont quite fit in.Now as always there will be some in the marginal group who slips through the cracks and achieve.The dominant group uses these carefully controlled achievers to justify the continued oppression and exploitation of the masses who will never realize their goals.Not because they are lazy but their ablility to create their own reality and opportunity is arressted and destroyed.Now many are asking are the token achievers worth a settlement with White America?Should we take our destiny in our own hands or should we continue to live vicariously through these sports stars,rappers,actors,ect?Tonight the Sacred Cow of the token achiever is the topic.A fire and brimstone sermon by the Kalagenesis.Im maintaining control.
