Marriage and Family therapist Karin Weiri-Kolle will talk about how to get over a break up. Speaking from her 20 years of clinical experience as well as her own experience of getting out of a 22 year long marriage, moving on to dating and how that experience can be used as a personal growth experience, Karin gives you practical tools to use to help speed up the recovery of heart ache. Not only is this 4 part series about getting over a heart ache, it is a remarkable story about how to thrive beyond heart ache. YES, there IS life beyond this break-up!

Part one is called "Am I Going Crazy?" This is about what is normal to experience during a break-up, some tools to use to start processing the heart ache and when to seek help from a therapist.

Part 2 is "7 Things NOT to DO After a Break-Up!" You can make your suffering last longer or you can shorten your suffering. Which one do you choose?

Part 3 is called "The Other Side of Breaking Up." This is seen from the side of the person who is breaking up. This is also a painful process that is frequently wracked with guilt. Karin will talk about how to move on from this place.

Part 4 is about healing and moving on. "Yes, There IS Life After a Break-Up!"
