Kathy has worked promoting writers in the industry for several years. In July 2007 opened Kathy Carlton Willis Communications as way to help get the word out about the works of writers, speakers and conferences. She serves as one of the publicists for Cecil Murphey Scholarship recipients, and has assisted in writing marketing plans for Cec and others. She has a varied client list, and passionately seeks creative ways to provide them media attention (radio, television, newspaper, magazine, internet and blog tours).
