Our guest Dequi-Kioni Sidiki is co-chair of the Malcolm X Commemoration Committee and co-coordinator of the Sekou Odinga Defense Committee, a member of the NYC chapter of the Jericho Movement for Amnesty of U.S. held Political Prisoners and Prisoners of War. Her 20+ years of organizing includes the fight against police terror violence and murder of Black and Brown people, the criminalization of youth and communities of color, the racist death penalty, mass imprisonment and prisoner rights. She is the wife of Sekou Odinga -Prisoner of War, Mother, Grandmother, Poet, Artist and Activist for oppresed peoples.
