Do Black Lives Matter To Black People?

How efficient has the black lives matter movement been in the face of the police? 

Where are they when black lives take black lives?

Do we care more when a police shoots our own moreso than when we kill or harm each other?

Have we become numb to it all or is it deeper than a protest or movement
