Yet once again Biden-Obama Regime reverted to Lead from Behind.  Biden is not a leader nor is he even leading from behind!  Biden(s) are bought & paid for by Communist China. As a result, Communist China taken over as world "Diplomacy" leader in less than 24 months. Allowing Communist China to form alliance with Communist Russia is giving Communist China & Iran an arena to test their newly developed weapons, "In Ukraine". 
Thanks to Biden-Harris Regime lack of leadership Communist China has stepped into the World Leadership role while Biden-Harris do nothing. Communist China brokers diplomatic deal between Saudi Arabia & Iran, two more oil rich countries as well.
