A recent Department of Defense report suggested to several retired American generals and admirals that the People's Republic of China (PRC) could defeat the United States in a future war.  The PRC's rising military might has greatly concerned Center for Security Policy Senior Analyst for Defense Policy John Rossomando, who has written extensively about Chinese threats at the National Interest and elsewhere.  He will join show host Andrew E.
