We are in Transfer Season for college football and basketball. But is it truly an "open" market, or are some schools more equal than others when it comes to transfer-eligibility rules? And speaking of eligibility, the NBA Draft has come and gone, but one rule that may have allowed non-drafted players to return to college never came to fruition. Is this fair?

And when it comes to Track & Field, the IAAF and the Court of Arbitration for Sports may be in conflict, but that's nothing like the conflict shaping up in Connecticut.
