How to Live in the Present Moment in the Digital Age

Rush, rush, rush, rush.  Got to keep on moving to keep up with the world.  But somewhere along the way we humans need a break from the fast paced life. That's where we need some respite from our labor.

I talk about ways to regain focus so our lives can maintain a balance.  We cannot keep going like a hamster on a wheel and it is our brains that need to be re-grooved in order to get ourselves out of the rut we are in.  Success can be just as harmful as failure.
