Non-Profits: You Can't Live With Them and You Can't Live Without Them

Non-Profits,This Episode of Enrichment Radio focuses on those people who work with a Non-Profit, (Director, Board Member or Staff Member).  Non-Profits are supposed to serve the needs of others, but unfortunately they become so focused on themselves they forget the reason they were created.

In this Episode I will talk about the three things a Non-Profit needs to focus on to remain viable and valuable to the community.  I'll talk about the years experience I had while working in and woth Non-Profits.  I'll talk about those Non-Profits that 'got it' and those that, well, still don't have a clue.
