With financial reform representing a second major win for the Obama administration, the GOP is facing internal mayhem. The lack of obedience to leadership in congress by some representatives, erodes the "NO" votes to filibuster proof majorities. This will allow moderates and other members of the GOP to justify their opposition to obstructionist tactics being used now.
