It is obvious the passing of health care reform made the right's head explode, and the fear that all of the presidents agenda will succeed has escalated the vitriolic rhetoric sparking outrage. The fear and loathing among the birthers, klanners, and domestic terrorist groups calling themselves Militia's is going to culminate in the killing of an elected democrat if something isn't done to tone down the clamor.
