Kathy Henry, co-founder of Open Peaceful Heart's global community, shares a guided meditation for year’s end, and talks about how continuing to reach out in love, accepting each other's failings, and offering community-centered meditation is the most effective way to create lasting change in 2020.

Kathy Henry is a marketing consultant, copywriter and active volunteer in community organizations, including her Unitarian Universalist church, hospice, and her local hospital's parenting program. She is also active politically as the Education Chair of the League of Women Voters-Oakland MI Area and has spoken on statewide voting rights proposals.
