Being an empath can be an incredibly overwhelming experience with all the feelings happening all the time. By delving into the depths of emotional shadow work, that experience can be made easier for the sensitive being. There are important distinctions that need to be made for spiritual growth to really work for an empath, and it tends to be very different than the mainstream new age movement.

Ora North is an empath and healer who grew tired of the “love and light” scene. She felt a lack of authenticity in the new age movement and turned to emotional shadow work instead. In her shadow, North discovered a more authentic, integrative way to be a spiritual being. Find out more about Ora and her work at oranorth.com
