In this time of change and powerful transformation, you may be wondering if you are on the right path. The key question to ask yourself are: Is what I'm doing coming from a place of fear or love? Author and speaker Alena Chapman shares how you can tune into your own internal guidance system, not give your power away, and take our most courageous steps yet with confidence, conviction, and clarity.

Alena Chapman is a two-time international best-selling author (of her newest release The Prison Effect, along with her first release You Can't Escape A Prison if You Don't Know You're In One). She has created a Facebook community called Savvy Sisterhood, which uniting conscious women and progressive men from around the world, helping them further growth in their evolution and life's purpose.

Alena has dedicated her life to helping others discover their true desires and create happy, fulfilling lives. Alena has studied self-improvement for more than ten years. During this journey, she has developed a strong understanding of why people stay stuck in lives they do not want to live.

Through book writing, compiling her weekly e-mail newsletters, and conducting online group coaching sessions, Alena joyfully pursues her passion of leading people to new lives in which they experience their highest levels of happiness, confidence, strength, and purpose.
