Superstar wrestler-turned-fitness expert Diamond Dallas Page has always done things his own way, never taking “no” for an answer. He began his professional wrestling career at the “mature” age of 35 and quickly shot through the ranks, reaching superstar status by 40.  Dallas’ career was skyrocketing- titles, fame, and multi-million dollar endorsement deals; his world was a windfall of success. That is, until he was sidelined by a crippling and career-threatening injury: ruptured L4 and L5 discs.

Three medical specialists told him he would never wrestle again but desperate to return to health, he eventually hit the yoga mat, where he was blown away by the discipline’s mind and body benefits.  Soon Dallas put his own spin on traditional yoga, supercharging it to create a heart-pumping workout—a total fitness solution without any joint impact.

In less than 3 months Dallas was back in the ring. With his new breed of results-oriented yoga, fusing flexibility core strength conditioning and resistance training with cardio, Dallas did the impossible:  he not only bounced back from his injury but also sculpted himself into the best shape of his life.  At the age of 43, Dallas was back in top athletic form and that same year earned the Heavyweight Champion title.

Now, with DDP Yoga, he is helping thousands of ordinary people, including those with disabilities, to get fit with DDP Yoga. Dallas’ mission is to help people from all walks of life, providing the tools and work ethic that can turn the “impossible” into reality.

Join co-hosts IFBB Figure Pro Jami DeBernard and Certified Personal Trainer Brian Jagger as they talk to Diamond Dallas page (DDP) about his career, his injury, his rehabilitation, and what he's doing now to help other achivee a fit body.
