The Science of Truth and Reality (Part 23)

 7:201: Those who are conscious in the way that Allah intends for them to be conscious when they are presented with false reasoning from Satan they think and then they perceive correctly.

“All knowledge is a gift. You can’t even lie on your own resources. You can't even lie on your own resources. You can't. You're going to have to go to Allah's resources even to give us a lie 

I may say, “Are you sick?” and you are sick.  But you may say, “No, I am not sick.”

But where is that expression coming from?  That expression is coming from your knowledge that you are sick, but you're changing it, giving us a false report. 

And you're saying you're not sick.

You're using your brain that Allah created and you’re using your power of expression that Allah created. That's what you're using. 

So, you're telling us a lie using what Allah has given you.”

But if Allah only took one thing from you, that is your reasoning power, you wouldn't even be able to tell a lie.  

And no other creature that Allah has created can lie to you. 

The only creature that can lie is a human being. And we're the only creatures that Allah has given the power to reason to. And we're the only creature that can lie. So, if Allah only took your reasoning power away from you, you wouldn't be able to lie anymore.” Imam W. D. Mohammed(ra)
