Our next guest in eFitFamily with host Laura London is no other than “The better life coach” Jenny Gallagher. She is the author of two amazing books, Four Steps to a Better Life (2007) and Yen Path: Taking Steps Towards What You Want in Life (2011). She will have a new book titled Mind Over Mat: Having Fun While Focusing on What Matters which will be released October 2012, it provides a movement-based approach using yoga and other forms of activity; including nutritional choices; to experience alignment of mind, body and goal. She is also a consultant, life, business and wellness coach, author, and public speaker.
