Join Michael and Robin for another special Thursday night Quarantini episode #3 with Taylor Bradley, Director, HRBP of Global Product Development at Datto Inc. Taylor is also a former firefighter, paramedic, and hazardous materials technician who transitioned into HR. He served as the first-ever dual paramedic/talent acquisition partner for Princess Cruise Lines and was RMI's first HRBP supporting medical professionals in warzones and other austere settings.

Join us for what promises to be a fascinating conversation with our guest - AND dial into the show to talk to the hosts, the guest and each other after we finish talking to Taylor at around 8:30 pm ET.  We want to hear how our HR community is doing.

On the show, we will talk about:

  • The Medic's Method (A.D.P.)  - A  problem-solving method utilized by first responders applied to HR. The Medic's Method (A.D.P): Assess The Situation, Determine The Needs, Provide An Outcome
  • Crisis Management vs Operational Continuity -Two equally important functions that must always be balanced "in the field" and in business.
  • Utilizing The CPR's algorithm "CAB" In Business - CPR's algorithm for the general public emphasizes "CAB" or the essential life-saving measures needed for effective CPR. I have tailored and applied the same principles to HR.
  • CPR's "CAB" and HR CAB
  • Medicine At Sea - first dual-role Paramedic/Talent Acquisition Partner at Princess Cruise Lines. While supporting the Chief Medical Officer's talent needs, I also filled in as a paramedic on ships around the globe. Traveling to 40+ countries in two years.
