The Distortion of Christian Figures—And Why People Don’t Go To Church Anymore

Today's evangelical preachers--who range from prosperity gospel messengers to hell & brimstone condemnation--have successfully manipulated the word of God to exclude the very people Jesus died for. Evidence of this exclusion is seen by the large number of non-Christians who refuse to attend church because they feel as though there is no place for them in the body of Christ.

It is our job as Christians to undo the distortion of God's message and to restore the Church to its former glory: a safe place that provides comfort for all people from all backgrounds
