Alexandra  is the President of Quantum Leap Leadership Inc., providing services in executive coaching and leadership development.  As an executive coach, Alexandra helps clients achieve their career, personal and business objectives, through Co-Active Coaching.  Prior to founding Quantum Leap Leadership Inc., Alexandra spent 11 years as an executive with TD Bank Group. Alexandra has also worked at General Motors, General Electric, Procter & Gamble and Algorithmics. Alexandra teaches at Schulich School of Business and is a mentor at Richard Ivey School of Business. Alexandra has a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Queen’s University and an MBA from Schulich School of Business.

Sara is a partner at Gilbert's LLP in Toronto. Her practice is focused on the regulation and branding of the pharmaceutical and food industries, and the intersection of the intellectual property and regulatory laws as they impact these industries. Sara's expertise includes assisting clients in navigating the complex regulatory pharmaceutical, food, natural health product and medical device environments to get products from idea to market, providing strategic advice on marketing strategies, intellectual property issues and managing global product portfolios. Sara also has particular experience with judicial review of regulatory decisions in the food and drug law sectors.
