Michigan Probate Radio is speaking out about the misconduct and mismanagement that is found in our Current Business Model of Probate Court. Michigan families are expecting oversight and indictments as the Probate Court System is now under Public Scrutiny. Appointed Officers for the Court are abusing their positions and the Judges are now being looked into. The concerns of families, who are being retaliated against for going public, are being heard. Providing a keen awareness and understanding of the corruption, for other families who end up in an unethical Probate Court, is vital. Families who are targeted don’t get out until their family member has passed and their estate has been pillage. Probate Concerns is a National Epidemic.
