Almost always when I see a problem in someone's routine it's because they are doing too much-seldom is it that they are not doing enough. But when do you add sets or exercises and when do you not? 

Tonite we will talk about a couple laws that will be helpful in figuring out when and if to add more sets or more exercises-and specifically how I do it.
