Stacey Beth Shulman, MEd ERYT500 (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500-Hour Level) is the wake up fairy for your soul. Her mission as a yoga therapist and teacher is to help people of all shapes and sizes connect to their bodies and enrich their lives through gentle movement and yoga-based bodywork. Stacey received her 200 and 500 hour yoga teacher training in Pranakriya yoga from Yoganand Michael Carroll. Her continued studies in the therapeutic applications of yoga include additional certifications in Trauma Sensitive Yoga and Positional Release Yoga Therapy.
