An earthen vessel does not have an abundant life because it is given many wondrous things.......rather, an earthen vessel has an abundant life because the Treasure Himself resides within.

 

This is not about God bringing out the best in us. It is about God crucifying the best out of us, so that Christ, Himself might be seen in us.
