It’s no secret the very way in which we communicate — both in our personal and professional lives — is rapidly changing each day. From social media to video chatting and texting, technology plays a significant role in the way we relay information and conduct business. Even the traditional office break-room bulletin board is evolving to a digital screen where C-level executives, HR and marketing departments can broadcast information to employees.

Garry McGuire has been the CEO of RMG Networks since June 2009. McGuire leads the company's strategic business development, M&A activities and serves as Chief Revenue Officer. McGuire joined RMG with more than 15 years of advertising, marketing and general business experience as both a CMO and president of several domestic and international advertising agencies. He was the Founder and Chairman of Icon Internet Ventures and served as President of Gyro HSR, a leading independent, London-based digital marketing agency. McGuire is a frequent lecturer at advertising and media industry events.

Mark Sanborn, CSP, CPAE, is president of Sanborn & Associates, Inc., an idea studio dedicated to developing leaders in business and in life. Sanborn is a noted authority on leadership, team building, customer service and change, as well as an international bestselling author of eight books, including The Fred Factor: How Passion In Your Work and Life Can Turn the Ordinary Into the Extraordinary, which has sold more than 1.6 million copies internationally.
