BUSINESS CREDIT RADIO is indeed honored to welcome special guest speakers Pam Krank and Doug Swafford and Mr. Norman Taylor.

Pamela Krank is President of The Credit Department, Inc, a Mendota Heights, Minnesota-based credit management outsourcing solutions provider. Pam started the company in 1993 after 13 award-winning years in the Credit Department of The  Fortune 500 Company, 3M.  Pam taught Entrepreneurship for 10 years in the Graduate School at the University of St Thomas and Metropolitan State University. She is a graduate of the University of Minnesota’s Credit and Financial Management program and is a FasTrac graduate from the University of St Thomas in Minneapolis.

Doug Swafford has been involved in the Credit Management profession for forty years.  His experience in credit management began as Director of Corporate Credit at Brock Candy Company in Chattanooga, Tennessee from 1974 to 1995.  Most recently Doug has been employed as Credit and Collections Manager of U. S. Xpress, Inc. from 2001 to the present.

Mr. Norman Taylor has served as a Director or Manager of Credit, accounts receivable, pricing, and billing in a wide variety of industries. He also has worked independently as a receivables consultant. Mr. Taylor is currently employed by NIIT Media Technologies LLC, Augusta, GA. He served on or chaired numerous Creditors’ Committees in prominent national bankruptcy cases. He was one of 13 authors of Principles of Business Credit, the text from which National Association of Credit Management classes are taught nationwide.
