How do you respond if you start to discuss divorce and your spouse starts talking about suicide?

What do you do if it's you whose having suicidal thoughts?

And maybe even more difficult to deal with, what if your child starts to talk about just wanting to be done?

Should the divorce be put on hold or do you push ahead? Is the threat of divorce reason to stay married?
